Suđenje rekviziterki filma 'Rust', proglašena je krivom za smrt snimateljice Halyne Hutchins
Rekviziterka zadužena za oružje na filmskom setu, koja je napunila pištolj glumcu Alecu Baldwinu prije nego što je pucao i ubio snimateljicu na setu filma Rust 2021. godine, Hannah Gutierrez-Reed (26) proglašena je krivom za ubojstvo iz nehata, prenosi BBC.
Rekviziterka filma bila je suočena s optužbom za nenamjerno ubojstvo, a sudilo joj se zbog navodnog donošenja pravog metka za Colt .45 na snimanje vesterna.
Nakon ove presude mogla bi dobiti do tri godine zatvora. Tužitelji su pred porotnicima ustvrdili da je Gutierrez-Reed, koja je nadzirala oružje u filmu, postupila nesmotreno kada je punila pištolj te da nije uspjela osigurati da je oružje napunjeno samo lažnim mecima.
Gutierrez-Reed bila je "nemarna", "nepažljiva" i "nepromišljena" kada nije primijetila da su živi meci pomiješani s lažnim mecima u kutiji streljiva na setu, rekla je Morrissey porotnicima.
