Rusija je najavila obustavu izvoza benzina do početka rujna kako bi stabilizirala cijene na domaćem tržištu i osigurala rad rafinerija.

Rusija je u utorak objavila da će obustaviti izvoz benzina do početka rujna kako bi obuzdala cijene na domaćem tržištu i osigurala uvjete za održavanje rafinerija. Glasnogovornica potpredsjednika vlade Aleksandera Novaka potvrdila je izvješće kanadskog RBC-ja koji je, pozivajući se na neidentificirani izvor, napisao da je premijer Mihail Mišustin odobrio Novakov prijedlog iz pisma od 21. veljače.

"Kako bi se neutralizirale posjedice ogromne potražnje za naftnim derivatima, nužno je poduzeti mjere za stabilizaciju cijena na domaćem tržištu", napisao je Novak u prijedlogu, prema RBC-jevu izvješću. Ruske kompanije i dalje će isporučivati benzin u države članice Euroazijske ekonomske unije Armeniju, Bjelorusiju, Kazahstan i Kirgistan te u Mongoliju, Uzbekistan i otcijepljene gruzijske regije Južnu Osetiju i Abhaziju, navode u vladi.

Izvoz nafte, naftnih proizvoda i plina ima daleko najveći udio u ruskom izvozu i glavni je izvor prihoda u stranoj valuti za gospodarstvo vrijedno 1,9 bilijuna dolara, napominje Reuters. Najveći su proizvođači benzina u Rusiji u 2023. bili Gazprom Neftova rafinerija u Omsku, Lukoilova NORSI rafinerija u Nižnjem Novgorodu i Rosnjeftova rafinerija u Rjazanu.

U siječnju je Rusija smanjila izvoz benzina, izuzevši iz odluke članice Zajednice neovisnih država, kako bi kompenzirala neplanirane popravke u rafinerijama nakon požara i napada ukrajinskih dronova. Zaustavljena je prerada u rafineriji NORSI.

Rusija je 2023. godine proizvela 43,9 milijuna tona benzina i izvezla oko 5,76 milijuna tona, odnosno oko 13 posto proizvodnje. Najveći su uvoznici ruskog benzina uglavnom afričke zemlje, uključujući Nigeriju, Libiju i Tunis, i Ujedinjeni Arapski Emirati. Rusija je i lani na tri mjeseca obustavila izvoz benzina kako bi obuzdala rast cijena i osigurala opskrbu domaćeg tržišta na kraju poljoprivredne sezone.

Razlog je oštećene rafinerije od strane Ukrajinskih bespilotnih letjelica u zadnja dva mjeseca diljem Nacističke tvorevine rusije.

Ruska ekonomija isključivo ovisi o izvozu energije u zadnjih nekoliko mjeseci je porasla ratna ekonomija ali to nije budućnost jer svijet se ubrzo priprema da zakorači u novu eru energije a to je fuzija vodik kada se to dogodi što če biti sa Rusijom?
