Zasad se razmatra desetak lokacija na kojima bi se mogla održavati vojna obuka koja je za otprilike 15.000 mladih planirana u Hrvatskoj. Od tih lokacija na njih šest provodit će se obuka, a jedna od njih bi mogla biti i Vojarna 123. brigade u Požegi, prenosi HTV

- Ovdje u ovu vojarnu dolazi civil i postaje vojnik. On tu bude osposobljen za rukovanje svojim osobnim naoružanjem, bude osposobljen za reakcije u uvjetima nuklearno kemijskog biološkog ratovanja, kretanje po bojištu orijentacija, zaštita - objasnio je Mile Valentić, zapovjenik Vojarne u Požegi.

Osim toga, spominje se i naknada od najmanje 700 eura mjesečno, ali i porezne olakšice te upis u radni staž. U iduća dva tjedna MORH će sve detalje još predstaviti Vladi. 

- Pričuvna komponenta Hrvatske vojske bi kasnije trebala biti u redovnom pozivanju u pričuvi za daljnji nastavak te obuke kako bi se ona kontinuirano odvijala. Jer ako ljudi dođu na obuku, obave ju u dva-tri mjeseca, za dvije-tri godine ne znam da se netko više može sjećati. Znači, to se mora stalno zanavljati i nadograđivati - kazao je i državni tajnik u ministarstvu obrane Branko Hrg.
